Sunan at-Tirmithiy كتاب البر والصلة باب ما جاء فى الإحسان إلى الخدم

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِىٍّ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ وَاصِلٍ عَنِ الْمَعْرُورِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِى ذَرٍّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِخْوَانُكُمْ جَعَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ فِتْيَةً تَحْتَ أَيْدِيكُمْ فَمَنْ كَانَ أَخُوهُ تَحْتَ يَدِهِ فَلْيُطْعِمْهُ مِنْ طَعَامِهِ وَلْيُلْبِسْهُ مِنْ لِبَاسِهِ وَلاَ يُكَلِّفْهُ مَا يَغْلِبُهُ فَإِنْ كَلَّفَهُ مَا يَغْلِبُهُ فَلْيُعِنْهُ. قَالَ وَفِى الْبَابِ عَنْ عَلِىٍّ وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ وَأَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.
The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said, "Those ordained by God to be servants in your custody are your brothers. So, whoever has his brother in his custody should feed him from his food and clothe him from [the like of] his clothes. And he must not burden him with something beyond his ability.
